The Legend of the Red Coral Gemstone
Long ago, when the oceans were ruled by gods and warriors, there lived a sea goddess named Marina, the guardian of courage. She watched over the sailors and heroes who ventured into dangerous waters. One day, a great war broke out between the God of Fire, Mars, and the Lord of the Deep Sea. Their battle shook the earth, turning waves into walls and skies into flame.
To stop the destruction, Marina offered her own heart to unite fire and water. When her heart touched the sea floor, it transformed into a glowing red stone — the first Red Coral. From that moment, every piece of Red Coral carried her spirit: the calm of the ocean and the fire of courage.
Centuries passed, and people began to find these red stones washed ashore. Warriors wore them before battle, believing they carried Marina’s bravery. Sailors kept them close to calm the sea and protect against storms. Kings wore Red Coral crowns, claiming it gave them power and victory.
One legend tells of a young prince who found a small Red Coral pendant on the beach. He wore it to war and returned undefeated. But when he took it off, the stone turned pale. The court astrologer said, “The Coral’s power fades when courage does.” The prince never doubted himself again.
Even today, people believe that Red Coral burns brighter when the wearer faces fear with strength. Some say, if you hold it under moonlight, you can hear the ocean whisper Marina’s song.
And so, the Red Coral gemstone remains a symbol of fire, courage, and the deep mystery of the sea — a living link between gods, warriors, and the heart of the ocean itself.
